The 2015 Truffle Season kicks off in style, with Daniel Tonin a.k.a Danny Pasta (Product Designer Pasta Classica) at an exclusive secret Melbourne CBD rooftop location, featuring Western Australia’s finest truffles from ‘Stonebarn Lodge’, in a specially created 4-course Italian menu designed to highlight this rich and velvety treasure, aptly known as ‘black gold’.

Join Daniel, the undisputed Pasta King of Melbourne, together with the Truffle Queen, Rachel Truscott from Truffle Distributors Australia, the very talented Chef Clinton Gresham (Ex St Ali) and Melbourne sweet-tooth royalty, Pierrick Boyer of RACV Le Petit Gateau, who has wowed fans all over the globe with his creative and beautiful desserts.  Add matched Italian wines from the King Valley’s award-winning Chrismont Winery in Victoria’s beautiful North East, and you have the recipe for a perfectly decadent evening.

The night will begin making new friends whilst enjoying Prosecco and canapés on the magnificent secret rooftop deck, with views of the iconic MCG all the way to Port Phillip Bay, and then moves inside to the private dining room, for a handcrafted pasta course by Daniel,  followed by main course created by Clint, and a grand finale dessert designed exclusively by Pierrick.

Pasta Masterclass

Enjoy a pasta master class in the comfort and convenience of your own home.

Daniel brings his years of experience, and genuine love of sharing the art of pasta making, together with all the ingredients and equipment that you will need to create the perfect Italian pasta meal, including antipasto, bread and vino!

In this intimate hands-on class you will learn to make tortellini, ravioli and spaghetti, as well as some simple, yet delicious sauces, using the best seasonal ingredients.

Daniel will arrive 30 minutes before the class starts to set up and prepare the ingredients and work space.

Invite your friends over for dinner, roll up your sleeves, put on an apron (supplied), and share a laugh and a drink or two whilst you learn some invaluable skills in the art of pasta making from the true pasta master! You’ll also receive all the recipes to recreate these beautiful dishes again and again.
